In order to order products on the website, click the 'pay now' button at the end of the checkout process. On the website, there are simple instructions that will guide you through the process of placing an order.

Prior to submitting an order, you will be able to review your order and make any necessary amendments.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We will accept your order once it has been entered into the fulfillment process.

You will be notified via email if we are unable to fulfill your order and will not be charged. Upon non-acceptance of your order, we will refund your payment, but please note that the bank may take up to 14 business days to transfer the funds to you. Depending on the processing time of your financial institution. Non acceptance of an order may be because:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • The payment cannot be authorized, or the billing information cannot be verified.
  • Our resources were limited in ways that we had not anticipated.
  • There was an error in the product description or price.
  • Upon reviewing the order, we determine that the order is placed by a dealer, reseller, or distributor or appears otherwise fraudulent.
  • Our security systems have flagged your order as an unusual or fraudulent order.
  • Your address could not be verified; or
  • an event beyond our control occurred.

  • English will be the language used for the transaction.
  • The website is intended solely for Vashtii to sell Vashtii products direct to end consumers, and therefore purchase of products for resale is not authorized by Vashtii. Purchase for resale means the purchase of a Vashtii product by someone who resells, or intends to resell, the Vashtii product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If Vashtii believes you are involved in purchase for resale, Vashtii does not give authorization use of Brands for resale.


Any personal data you provide when you register an account with us or place an order is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal data by updating these details on your online account. Your personal information will be used only as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

It is forbidden for you to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.


After your order has been placed and your payment has been processed, we will be unable to modify the details of your order (such as delivery address, product types, and quantity).

When an order is placed in fulfillment and confirmed for fulfillment, it cannot be stopped or canceled.

We are unable to cancel your order if the products you ordered have already been placed in fulfillment for delivery from our warehouse. If you want to return unwanted products, please follow the cancellation process outlined in RIGHT TO CANCEL. If you want to add products to an order, please place a new order.


Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Each product is sold according to its product description. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the website; on occasion, we may make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or availability. If any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions appear, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel any orders that result.

On our website, we present images of our products solely for illustrative purposes. As a result of your device's display of color, the product and its packaging may differ slightly from those advertised on the website.

Monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately reflect how your order will appear. This is important to keep in mind when ordering, as most returns are not accepted for this reason.


We are currently only shipping to the United States. This is a result of Covid's longer than usual shipping times. The company does not ship internationally. Once shipping delays are reduced, international shipping will be resumed.

The shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. You can view our Shipping Policy for more up-to-date information, including any postage delays that may affect the delivery of your order. In circumstances where we cannot ship products within the specified timeframe or within Ten (10) days of your order being properly completed, we may ask for your consent to delay shipping. We recommend purchasing Route shipping protection to ensure delivery.

You are responsible for providing us with an accurate and complete delivery address. If you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information, we will not be liable.

All shipping and handling charges are your responsibility during the ordering process. You will be shown the costs of delivery on our website before submitting your order, so please make sure to check these carefully. You consent to this charge when you submit your order.

We will send you an email confirmation once your product leaves our warehouse. It is possible that products will arrive in separate packages and may require a signature. If available, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time.

In the absence of your consent for an alternative, we will refund all amounts paid, including shipping fees, within fourteen (14) working days following the date on which your order is terminated due to non-delivery in the form of an eGift card.

In the event of an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for failed deliveries. We won't cover the loss of a parcel if it has been entered incorrectly, has been deemed safe to be left on premises by USPS, FedEx or a carrier or if it has been signed for by an unknown party. This includes if an order is Returned to Sender 'Address Unknown'.

An Order that needs to be re-sent after it is 'Returned to Sender' must be repaid the full amount of the Postage costs for re-sending.

Although every care is taken in packaging and shipping, Vashtii is not responsible for items Lost, Damaged, or Delayed by postal carriers if Route is not purchased at checkout. In case of theft, damage, or loss of the package, Vashii offers shipping insurance through Route.

After the carrier marks delivery, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the safety of the packages. After the package has been marked delivered and the sales contract has been fulfilled, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items. We recommend Route, the leader in package protection and tracking. When you select Route+ at checkout, your order is protected against damage, loss*, or theft.

Product(s) will be your responsibility as soon as they are delivered to the address you provided. If the products are damaged or lost after delivery, you are responsible for the loss or damage.

8. RIGHT TO CANCEL; No Returns; Refunds

Prior to receiving an email order confirmation, you can cancel your order (in its entirety only). Sales are subject to Vashtii Inc.'s returns and refunds policy, unless otherwise specified.

In the event that items are not insured through Route, any refunds will be issued via the eGift Card. Route will provide instructions for refund or replacement if the item was insured by Route.

Any requests for refunds must be directed to our customer service team by writing to us at customerservice@vashtii.com including details of:

  • your name.
  • your geographical address.
  • the order number and reason for request.
  • your phone number; and
  • email address.

When your order requires further identification confirmation; and your order is canceled because you did not confirm your identity. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. It provides us with our online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Each order can only contain one discount code. Adding more than one discount code to the basket may result in your order being rejected or canceled. We allow you to use discount codes strictly under the terms and conditions under which they were issued, which may include terms governing your eligibility to use them and a maximum order amount.

Discount codes and other offer promotions are subject to the Terms of Service, these Terms of Sale, and any additional terms and conditions specific to the promotion offer. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Sale, the promotion terms will govern.


Prices of the product will be the price indicated on the email acknowledgment sent by us on completion of your order online. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced online.

Product prices shown on the website are in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Product prices shown on the website may change from time to time. Such prices do not include shipping and handling costs and do not include sales taxes where applicable. You are responsible for any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order, which will be added to your total invoice price during the checkout process.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

If you choose to pay using a payment card with a currency denominated account that is different from the currency of your order, additional charges and foreign exchange differences may apply. These charges and exchange rates applied are beyond our control.

Local import duties and additional charge may be payable by you on receipt depending on the location of delivery. You are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

Credit card payment, including recurring charges, are handled through third party payment processors. These third-party payment processors will collect and retain your credit card information in order to process your payment.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address with your financial institution before you submit your order that is shipping to an alternate address helps us process your order quickly and more confidently.


There may be instances where due to restrictions (legal or otherwise) or practices in relation to a product, we are prevented from being able to deliver it to you. We shall not be held liable in relation to any product that we are unable to sell or deliver to you as a result of such restrictions. In the event that a restriction is enforced after you have placed your order with us, we will do our utmost to notify you at first chance available.

All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms of sale, any documents they refer to, and any disputes arising from or in relation to them or any documents they refer to, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States law in the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Virginia or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Virginia.

The state and federal court sitting in Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from or in relation to these Terms of Sale.


Vashtii Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Vashtii Inc. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.


The Terms and Contract are between (you) name on the Bill of Sales; Consumer; Buyer; or Purchaser) and Vashtii. Anyone else shall not be allowed to enforce its terms.


At Vashtii, we take false chargebacks and fraud very seriously.  

Chargeback fraud, also known as friendly fraud, occurs when a consumer makes an online shopping purchase with their own credit card, and then requests a chargeback from the issuing bank after receiving the purchased goods or services.

Our company reserves the right to pursue all legal action against you or charge you accordingly if you are caught committing fraud against Vashtii. This includes, but is not limited to.

  • Blacklisted
  • Pursue legal judgement over fraudulent charge-back
  • All legal cost associated with said charge back and cost to return lost revenue that was in crude by consumer due to filing false charge back.
  • Charges for product and loss of revenue. Fee listed below will be charged and applied. Fees are assessed from the total balance at the time order was placed.
  • Transaction fee (4%)
  • Product costs (23%)
  • Marketing costs (35%)
  • Operational costs (20%)
  • Charge-back fee ($25)

Chargeback fraud, also known as friendly fraud

Chargeback fraud, also known as friendly fraud, occurs when a consumer makes an online shopping purchase with their own credit card, and then requests a chargeback from the issuing bank after receiving the purchased goods or services. Once approved, the chargeback cancels the financial transaction, and the consumer receives a refund of the money they spent. Dependent on the payment method used, the merchant can be accountable when a chargeback occurs

What happens if I am blacklisted?

Our company has partnered with FraudLabs Pro to ensure our customer's security.
If you have been blacklisted, we submit your information to FraudLabs Pro to input the unwanted clients, using email addresses, IP addresses, shipping addresses, and credit card numbers, from future purchases.
The information is then available to the FraudLabs Pro system, which alerts other retailers in realtime that there may be a problem.

Is false chargeback illegal?

Merchants can take customers to court over fraudulent chargebacks, and many jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges for chargeback-related fraud.

Can a company sue for chargeback?

When a merchant suspects you have used chargebacks as a form of "friendly fraud", they have the right to sue you and pursue criminal charges, if necessary.


We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, but any changes will not apply to any orders placed prior to the change being made. We may assign or otherwise transfer any or all of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party in its sole discretion. You may not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your duties hereunder at any time without our prior written consent in each instance. if any attempt to do so shall be null and void.


We may provide any notice to you under these Terms of Sale by: (i) sending an email message to the address you provide, (ii) posting a message to the Site. If we send you an email, the notice will take effect when it is sent, and if we post notices, they will take effect when they are posted.
