You must enter your address correctly and include all relevant information in order for your package to be delivered properly and for you to receive it within the timeframes that we advertise. It is necessary to use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) to ensure timely delivery. If the address information provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

Orders must be placed Monday-Friday by 12AM EST. orders placed after 12PM EST on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day (Monday)

Orders take a certain quantity of time to process, which is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination after it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by a carrier. This time-frame is dependent on a number of factors.

The processing of all orders usually takes 3-5 business days. Depending on the demand for a particular item, some orders are processed faster than others.

  • In general, orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.

Our order processing time ranges from three to five business days. It is important to keep in mind that this time may vary during holidays and limited edition launches. Thank you for your patience.

*During holidays, natural disasters, pandemics, and more, there may be some delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to the mail once it leaves our warehouse. In the event of a delay, we will contact you.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once the order has been sent, the tracking number may not be available for 1-3 days.

Shipping to most U.S. domestic and international addresses is handled by USPS or UPS. We may select other carriers at our discretion to meet shipping needs.

3.1 Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

If your package is delayed due to carrier, please understand that Standard, Any Flat Rate, or non-traceable shipping is not guaranteed, it is sent out within a time frame. If the product is coming from China, the items may take longer than expected. Due to customs and airlines. We have no control over these services.

Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers, Global pandemics.

Unless the consumer has purchased tracking and guarantee delivered by date. Vashtii is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Some parcels may be stopped by customs, which can lead to a shipping time longer than the averages stated above. We cannot control this and are not responsible for these delays.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Vashtii, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping may not be available for all to a PO Box.

4.1 Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a series of emails. The first is an Order Confirmation email, which will contain all your order details. The second will let you know when your order has been sent for delivery. After you receive the second mail, you can track your order, using your order tracking number, by following this link:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if it is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
  • With Route Package Protection: You are entitled to a refund through Route in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, contact the customer service team by writing to us at Vashtii Customer Support. 5.1 For Route Claims

  • Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered. Underwriters reserve the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft
  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered.
  • All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but in no event later than 60 days from the purchase date.

At checkout, we highly recommend purchasing the shipping protection. If the protection is not purchased, Vaashtii cannot be held liable for any damages, theft, or lost packages.

5.2 Unclaimed

Shipments that are unclaimed are returned to our facility; the cost of reshipping to yourself or your customer is your responsibility.


If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

If your order includes multiple items, and one or more of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s), not in stock.


Import duties and taxes may apply to your order. These charges are not included in your shipping charge and you are responsible for paying them when your package arrives.

Import taxes and duties usually amount to 20% of the item's price. You should be aware that these are just general guidelines that may differ depending on where you order from.

The customs policies of each country vary significantly, making it impossible for us to provide accurate information. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Packages are sometimes delayed by customs agents. In this case, the return period will be extended by 15 business days.

  • To return your product please contact Vashtii Customer Support first for instructions on where to send the item.
  • Returning an item that does not fall under Route will be your responsibility. Shipping is not refundable. If you receive a refund, your return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Although Vashtii will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in the event we are unable to process an order or verify the shipping address provided, we reserve the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address.

In addition, Vashtii reserves the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

A customer or entity who violates such policies may also be limited, refused, or rejected from returns.
